I'm Simon Kibsgård @ No Such Company

I'm Simon Kibsgård, and I've held leadership roles since 2013, managing and leading highly driven talents, experts and teams. I've had strategy and budget responsibility since 2015 within IT, marketing, innovation, product development, subscription and SaaS — often across organisations with diverse customer segments, business models and stakeholder groups.

I'm openminded, curious, ambitious, a fast thinker and doer, and empathetic. I know digital strategy, marketing and product development, iterative user-centric design processes, and the ins and outs of modern software development and operations.

What I Do

I specialise in digital strategy, innovation leadership and product development. I help organisations set up teams and capabilities for customer-centric radical innovation — combining startup mentality with the competitive strengths of established corporations.

I can lead a team of customer-centric innovators, designers, prompters and programmers, lead "up and across" in organisations or with clients, and get everyone onboard a shared ambition or hypotheses-driven process.

I have broad experience across B2B, B2C, B2G and G2C — including healthcare, production industries, FMCG, professional services and public service. Currently I lead technology and digital development at Muskelsvindfonden, a diverse organisation serving members, donors, healthcare professionals and the public sector. I'm responsible for the full technology portfolio — from IT operations, infrastructure and security to digital products and data — ensuring technology enables every part of the business. I also advise through No Such Company.

How I Work

I combine Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Agile Development and DevOps in business development — data-driven and creative conceptualising paired with effective execution. I believe in hypotheses-driven processes and getting everyone onboard a shared ambition.

I advise on building AI and tech capabilities for customer-centric innovation. I understand the ins and outs of modern software development and operations, and I help organisations leverage technology strategically.

I'm also educated in and experienced with quantitative and qualitative research and analysis, cost/benefit analysis, IT, communication and change management.

Advisory

I currently serve as Strategic Tech Advisor to pirth.org's managing board and take on select advisory engagements. I'm available for advisory roles — reach out to discuss how I might help.

Speaking
